1. ΓΕΝΙΚΕΣ ΔΙΑΤΑΞΕΙΣ

1.1 Αποδοχή των Όρων

Η χρήση του ιστότοπου suites.fairytale.com.gr (εφεξής «Ιστότοπος») και των υπηρεσιών κράτησης που παρέχονται από την εταιρεία μας (εφεξής «Fairytale Suites» ή «εμείς») συνιστά αποδοχή των παρόντων όρων χρήσης. Εάν δεν συμφωνείτε με οποιονδήποτε από τους παρόντες όρους, παρακαλούμε να μην χρησιμοποιήσετε τον ιστότοπό μας.

1.2 Τροποποιήσεις

Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσουμε τους παρόντες όρους ανά πάσα στιγμή. Οι τροποποιήσεις θα δημοσιεύονται στον ιστότοπο και θα τίθενται σε ισχύ αμέσως μετά τη δημοσίευσή τους.

2. ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ ΚΡΑΤΗΣΕΩΝ

Οι πληροφορίες διαθεσιμότητας και οι τιμές ενημερώνονται σε πραγματικό χρόνο. Ωστόσο, δεν εγγυόμαστε την ακρίβειά τους σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις λόγω τεχνικών προβλημάτων ή ταυτόχρονων κρατήσεων.

2.2 Επιβεβαίωση κράτησης

A booking is considered confirmed only after:
  • Successful completion of the booking process
  • Receipt of confirmation email
  • Processing of required payment (if applicable)

2.3 Booking Details

The customer is required to provide accurate and complete information during booking, including:
  • Full names
  • Contact details
  • Special requirements or preferences

3. FINANCIAL TERMS

3.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment

  • Available payment methods are specified during the booking process
  • Depending on the booking type, a deposit or full payment may be required
  • All payments are processed securely

3.3 City Tax

City tax, where applicable, is additional to the booking price and is paid at the property.

4. CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS & REFUND POLICY

4.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on room type and booking period
  • Specific terms are stated during booking and in the confirmation email
  • Cancellations outside the specified time limits may incur charges

4.2 Modifications

Modifications to bookings (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.3 No-Show

In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.

4.4 Refund Policy

4.4.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
  • Cancellations made within the free cancellation period
  • Overbooking situations where we cannot provide alternative accommodation
  • Force majeure events that prevent travel
  • Property closure due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Significant service failures on our part

4.4.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional rates and special offers are marked as non-refundable:
  • No refunds will be provided for non-refundable bookings
  • Modifications may not be permitted for non-refundable rates
  • Clear identification of non-refundable bookings is provided during reservation

4.4.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days for credit cards, 3-5 business days for bank transfers
  • Bank charges or currency conversion fees may apply
  • Partial refunds may apply based on cancellation timing

4.4.4 Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:
  • Personal circumstances preventing travel (except covered by travel insurance)
  • Weather conditions (unless property is officially closed)
  • Changes in personal preferences
  • Failure to arrive at specified check-in times without notification
  • Violations of property rules resulting in early departure

4.4.5 Refund Request Process

To request a refund:
  1. Contact us via email or phone with booking reference
  2. Provide reason for refund request
  3. Submit any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review
  5. Receive written confirmation of refund decision

5. ACCOMMODATION RULES

5.1 Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and charges

5.2 Guest Behavior

Guests are required to:
  • Respect the peace and rights of other guests
  • Follow property rules and regulations
  • Take responsibility for any damages

5.3 Prohibitions

The following are prohibited:
  • Smoking in non-smoking areas
  • Hosting more persons than declared
  • Activities that disturb the peace

6. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Fairytale Suites is not liable for:
  • Loss or theft of personal items
  • Acts of God or force majeure
  • Service interruptions due to technical problems

6.2 Guest Safety

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and the safety of their children.

6.3 Property Damage

Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacement will be applied to the payment method on file.

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.1 Data Collection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable legislation.

  • Processing bookings
